Refund Policy
The benefits given by our returns Policy are in addition to
other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian
Consumer Law (ACL)
A refund, replacement or repair may not be offered if you:
substantially modify the product;
misuse the product contrary to user
instructions or packaging labels; or
simply change your mind.
Certain products are strictly excluded under our
Returns Policy unless they are faulty, these may include:
Pre Ordered items, Special orders or Sale stock;
gift-cards, vouchers, credit
vouchers.
Remorse returns
(customer changes mind or simply no longer wants the item)
NOTE: Remorse returns are strictly
subject to a 20% restocking fee plus a deduction of $9.95 postage
charge.
In some cases when agreed by Management, we may agree to Exchange only or Credit
note in lieu.

Our Showroom
We have all of our items on display in
our Melbourne Showroom. Not only can you come in and see the products in real
life, you can also order online and pick it up from us here
. We also hold information training sessions and special event nights
so that you can get the most out of your gear.
All Orders
are Sent Express Post
We send all of our orders via Express Post. Orders placed before 3pm on a weekday are shipped on the same day,
with late, weekend and public holiday orders being shipped the next business day. Orders should
arrive within 1-2 business days depending on your location and we provide
you with a tracking number so that you can watch your package’s progress
online. Exceptions to this are listed on our Delivery
page.

assured, we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your transaction. We

Products Come with an Australian Warranty
We
believe in the quality of our products and our suppliers, which is why we offer
a minimum 12 month warranty on all products, with some products coming with 24
and 36 months. If you do experience any issues just contact us with your name
and invoice number and we’ll take care of it for you as quickly and hassle free
as possible.
