How does this work? We get pickups each and every business day at 3pm sharp. Every parcel we send is Express Post, no exceptions.
1 - 2 days delivery is to:
- Anywhere in Victoria
- Sydney Metro and surrounding areas including Newcastle, Gosford etc.
- Brisbane, Gold Coast and a few busy coastal ports in Qld.
- Hobart Area and Launceston
- Perth CBD
Remote areas outside of above, add 1 extra day and very remote areas such as NT, rural Qld, outback WA add a few extra days.
The accuracy of Australia Post meeting these targets is 99%+, so it doesn't always come off perfect but they are pretty good. However we guarantee our part of the deal by dispatching and then rely on Australia Post to complete the delivery..

- Authority to Leave (ATL): As we are dealing in expensive electronic items, we do not offer the ability to leave orders unattended when not home. All of our parcels are delivered with the requirement of a signature from a responsible person at the premises to accept delivery. If nobody is home at the time of delivery then a calling card will be left by Australia Post requiring you to collect the item from your nearest Post office or Mail centre.
- Delivery Delays: If a product needs to be placed on back order to fulfil your request or is delayed beyond our control, we will notify you by email. If this occurs you will have the option to request a refund for the affected items.
