FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE ON ORDERS $250 OR MORE

All orders $250 and over will be shipped FREE of charge anywhere in Australia.

Express post deliveries carry at $9.95 surcharge.

$12.95 CAPPED PRICE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE FOR ORDERS UNDER $250.00

If your order doesn't qualify for FREE Shipping you needn't worry as our $12.95 capped shipping still provides fast delivery on as many items as you like without paying additional shipping costs.

Express post deliveries for orders under $250 are $15.95 fixed fee, any size, anywhere in Australia.

In most instances, orders are dispatched same day if placed before 3pm*

*does not include weekends or public holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES

How does this work? We get pickups each and every business day late afternoon. 

For standard delivery service, most parcels are 3 to 5 days.

Express Post service is 1 - 2 days delivery to:

  • Anywhere in Victoria
  • Sydney Metro and surrounding areas including Newcastle, Gosford etc.
  • Brisbane, Gold Coast and a few busy coastal ports in Qld.
  • Hobart Area and Launceston
  • Canberra
  • Adelaide
  • Perth CBD 

Remote areas outside of above, add 1 extra day and very remote areas such as NT, rural Qld, outback WA add a few extra days.

Please note that delivery times are estimated from dispatch and are based on our past experience and the policies of our chosen couriers.

Open hours:

Tuesday - 11am to 5pm

Wednesday - 11am to 5pm

Saturday - 9am to 2pm

OTHER INFORMATION, EXCLUSIONS & CONDITIONS

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): As we are dealing in expensive electronic items, we do not offer the ability to leave orders unattended when not home. All of our parcels are delivered with the requirement of a signature from a responsible person at the premises to accept delivery. If nobody is home at the time of delivery then a calling card or an electronic notification will be left by the Courier requiring you to collect the item from your nearest Post office or collection centre.
  • Delivery Delays: If a product needs to be placed on back order to fulfil your request or is delayed beyond our control, we will notify you by email. If this occurs you will have the option to request a refund for the affected items.
