Suunto gains some new features.

Today, Suunto announced some updates to their online Movescount software. Suitable products are the M-series (M1, M2, M4, M5) and T3 Series. Details are below

Their website can be found at

Dear Movescount users,
We’re pleased to tell you that we’ve been working on another Movescount update to make it the world’s best sports community!
At the moment, performance is our number one priority. The current update should make Movescount faster and we’re still doing things to improve the speed. Besides new features, expect to see more performance improvements later in the spring!
We’ve also fixed some known issues and bugs.
Customize your group!
It’s now possible to customize groups by changing the background image and colors of the group pages. This means you can add your own sports club logo, colors or photo on the page. If you’re an admin of a group, why not try the new feature!
iPhone Application coming up
We’re also really excited about the new Movescount iPhone application that we’ve been working on. The Movescount iPhone Application is an easy way to track your outdoor Moves in activities such as running and cycling. It shows you where you’re going, as well as how fast and how far. And, by planning your routes on before hitting the road, you can also make sure that you don’t get lost in the wilderness!
Every Move is automatically stored on your account, allowing you to make every Move count. The application is will be free and available in 11 languages so be prepared to get yours as soon as it’s available in App Store around March time. We’ll keep you informed!
Want to give us feedback?
We want to know what you think about Movescount to make it better. Please share your thoughts and ideas with us by filling in this survey. The questionnaire takes approximately 15 minutes to complete, and we’ll draw three Suunto M5 products among all respondents.
Keep on Moving!
Best regards,
The Movescount development team
